Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m a daughter, sister, aunt, dog mom, and friend. I’m a talent management and development professional at a Fortune 20 company. My professional background consists of over 10 years of experience in the retail merchandising, marketing, and leadership.

After spending the first 5 years of my career feeling unfulfilled and a bit lost, I embarked on a self-reflection journey to figure out what’s really important me in my professional life. And guess what, that journey is never ending and always evolving!

In July 2022, I completed the Emory Executive Education Executive Coaching program and created LUMA by Kelly shortly after.
